I worked with Vanessa in purchasing a home in the Bay Area and could not be happier with her assistance throughout the process. I found a fixer upper and decided to apply for the 203k Standard loan to get some much needed maintenance work completed before I move in. If you don't know, this is a pretty lengthy loan process (which we both learned throughout!). From the beginning, Vanessa was able to research the necessary steps, provide answers and support when the process was slowed down, and provided prompt service when I needed it. Tanya Jones with the Sexton Group was exceeding helpful in facilitating our return to Sonoma County from Virginia. At that time we desired rural property and she not only provided us with pictures and videos that were not otherwise available, but also added invaluable insight on the areas and overall property condition and was a tremendous help in completing the process which was done entirely remotely. We love the place she found for us, and now that we have gotten, older are enlisting her support to find us a smaller place that is more centrally located.
