Sarah Baggott

Originally from Palm Springs, I was raised in a “Real Estate” household. My mom has been a successful Realtor since 1987; my dad is a custom home contractor, and my uncle and grandmother both sold real estate. I can truly say that it’s in my blood!

My first job with First American Title, was in the customer service center. I moved to the Bay Area after 3 years with First American and became a manager for Prudential California Realty at the ripe age of 23. (At the time I was the youngest manager in the entire Prudential franchise nationwide). I grew the office from 35 to 85 agents, then proposed opening a second office which I built from the ground up. I trained not only my agents but also created a 5-day training module for all Prudential agents.

I enjoyed management enormously, running two offices, developing people and creating relationships with hundreds in the brokerage community. The only thing unfulfilled was my deep rooted entrepreneurial spirit. I left the management world in 2008 to focus on my own real estate business. And… I AM IN LOVE!.

My clients range from first time, move up and investor buyers to first time and seasoned sellers across the Bay Area. The knowledge and skills I have developed help me represent all of my clients in the style that best fits their needs.
