Kathleen M. Crandall
Top Producer for 30 Years Plus
I love what I do.
After graduating from Law School I had the opportunity to buy a duplex for no money down and I fell in love with the process and never gave law a second thought again.
I have sold homes and income properties in Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont and San Francisco, CA for over 30 years.
I have invested and rehabbed properties in the East Bay so I know well the in’s and out’s of being on both sides of the table.
I have been a TOP PRODUCER for most of my career. I have received Leadership and Inspirational Awards for several of those years.
I have had the honor of serving as the California Association of Realtors Legislative Liaison to California State Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks for the past seven years.
I have taught how to buy, sell and invest in real estate to Real Estate agents. I have mentored several new agents at the beginning of their careers. Most have gone on to be Top Producers.
I have also consulted for Bay Area private lending companies for over 20 years.
For the past seven years I have been the Co- Chair for the Berkeley ADU task force. We advise City Council members and members of the building community.
I was a Commissioner and Chair for the City of Berkeley’s Loan Administration Board for eight years, appointed by the Mayor of Berkeley.
The Landmark’s Preservation and The Civic Arts Commissions.
I am a board member and Vice President of the Community Outreach Executive Team for the Berkeley Symphony.
I served as a board member of The Freight and Salvage Coffeehouse in Berkeley for eight years. It is the oldest traditional coffeehouse promoting traditional music in the USA and a wonderful place to giveaway tickets to for closing gifts.
I was on the select list for the Concierge New Faculty Housing Project for UC Berkeley for several years.
I was also a former board member of the Alameda County Volunteer Centers, Our Family Coalition, California Youth Connection and a founding member of The National Foster Youth Action Network.
I am committed to my community and every client I have ever worked with.
I look forward to continuing this wonderful profession for several more years.
I return phone calls within the day, no matter what! 510-684-5289
