A nice paved loop with some shade is perfect for most days - though when up for a challenge, taking the upper trail is a lot of fun. Some steep inclines, but worth the views of the lake (pictured) and other views of the East Bay. Plus, if you don’t want to do the whole upper trail, some trails cut back down to the paved loop.
