Cerrito Vista Park is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon. The park sits on the edge of San Francisco's Golden Gate Park and offers visitors many different things to do. Several trails lead through wooded areas, up hills, and even downstairs. Along the way, there are benches where you can sit for a rest or enjoy your lunch while taking in views of either downtown San Francisco or Golden Gate Park itself.

It has a disc golf course, a skate park, bocce ball courts, three distinct play areas (one of which is an all-access playground with diversified equipment including a wheelchair-accessible sandbox), paths, picnic spots, BBQs, and more. They also have free concerts in the park throughout the summer, which are fantastic. With great music and food, kids and parents dance into the evening.

They have a tiny water feature during summer days. There are two play structures for various ages, as well as a medium-sized grass area where kids can run to the top of the hill and roll down to the bottom. The parking is convenient. They have a limited parking area with about 30 vehicles, but there is also plenty of street parking. The restrooms are very tidy.

The campus of Campolindo High School is in Moraga, California, and it is part of the Acalanes Union High School District. Campolindo was ranked 30th in California (and 239th nationally) by the U.S. News & World Report in 2019.
