I worked with Vanessa in purchasing a home in the Bay Area and could not be happier with her assistance throughout the process. If you don’t know, this is a pretty lengthy loan process (which we both learned throughout!). She coached me through the offer, was diligent in her follow up with the seller’s agent, and made me feel confident that everything would work out. She has a relaxed approach and is unflappable – anytime I felt nervous about the next steps, she was a calming voice. As a first-time homebuyer, this was crucial.
